Jeanette Delahunty is the founder of TSK Academy Ltd, an innovative service that improves the lives of neurodiverse individuals through the delivery of training programmes for frontline workers. 

TSK’s training programmes have helped hundreds of Special Needs Assistants, Teachers, Foster Carers, and other professionals to understand complex needs and to develop strategies to manage distressing behaviours. 

The innovative company also offers neurodiversity consultancy and supports organisational change to become inclusive in their hiring processes and workplace cultures to accept, acknowledge and embrace neurodiverse individuals into their organisation.
